Of course! Simply send me an email with a short excerpt from your manuscript alongside an explanation of your worries, and I will evaluate your manuscript for the type of editing that would be most suited to you.

Which genres do you edit?

I edit the following fiction genres: YA, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Dystopian, Horror, Thrillers, Mysteries, Romance (inc. dark and all levels of spice).

I also edit non-fiction in the health/wellness niche only. This is because I hold a children’s nursing degree, a postgraduate certificate in neonatal care, and have five years’ experience working in healthcare.

Do you provide payment plans and contracts?

Yes! Once you are happy to proceed with editing, I will send over an editorial contract for you to sign. This protects your manuscript from being stolen/copied, and ensures both parties are on the same page.

For payment plans, I require a 50% deposit upon booking, and the rest of the cost can then be spread over either 3 or 6 months.

Do you provide style sheets?

Yes! I provide comprehensive style sheets that outline the exact style guide used to edit your manuscript, spelling/grammar conventions used, characters, settings, unusual words/phrases, and chapter-by-chapter summaries. A lot of authors find this invaluable.

Which style guide do you use?

I use The Chicago Manual of Style for US writing, and The Oxford Guide to Style for UK writing.
